Noël brings over 30 years of entertainment industry experience, spanning diverse roles in both business and legal spheres. Throughout her career, she has navigated and orchestrated complex financial transactions, including debt and equity investments, corporate and motion picture project financings, strategic partnerships, and more. Her expertise also extends to negotiating and managing entertainment transactions across the spectrum, representing lenders, borrowers, investors, producers, and management teams.

In addition to her transactional prowess, Noël is a skilled advisor in structuring independent entertainment ventures and overseeing their day-to-day operations. She excels in developing and executing comprehensive business strategies, conducting rigorous project analysis, and guiding projects from inception through to distribution. Her hands-on approach ensures projects are meticulously structured and effectively greenlit, fostering success in the competitive entertainment landscape.

Noël counsels and guides independent filmed entertainment producers and financiers across a spectrum of critical areas. She embraces her role as a true "counselor," whether she's closing deals, offering strategic advice on business or legal matters, aiding in business plan development, or connecting clients with key industry contacts. She has been Of Counsel to Raines Feldman LLP in Century City, the Managing Director of Incentive Filmed Entertainment, LLC, and the General Counsel of Intermedia Film. Prior to those positions, Noël practiced with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP and White & Case, LLP.
